For small production volumes, from approximately 500 bottles or 3,000 cans per production run, semi-automatic solutions with a lower initial investment are often suitable. As production grows, the line can be upgraded or expanded with automated modules.

What is the difference between can filling and bottle filling?<\/strong>
Can filling and bottle filling require different equipment, with different filling mechanics, different closing systems - can seaming versus bottle cap or cork - and different requirements for the production facility.

Do I need an isobaric filling line for carbonated beverages?<\/strong>
Not always. For beverages with a high level of carbonation, isobaric filling - such as CIMEC solutions - helps minimize CO\u2082 loss.\nHowever, for beer, kombucha and other beverages with a CO\u2082 level up to approximately 5.6 g\/l, non-isobaric cold filling - for example, EMMA machines - can provide acceptable quality at a significantly lower equipment cost.
